About
Aurora Recovery occupational therapy
Reset the Body! Restore the Mind!.
Aurora Recovery Occupational Therapy clinic was founded based on occupational therapy science and wellness, with one clear belief: true recovery is not passive; it is intentional, sensory, and measurable.
The founder, a certified Doctor of Occupational Therapy, was trained to understand how the nervous system, environment, and daily occupations directly influence human performance, stress resilience and longevity.
Conditions &. Symptoms We Treat
At Aurora Recovery, we help adults whose bodies still don’t feel right, even after trying medications, massage, chiropractic care, injections, or traditional therapy.
Our clinic focuses on nervous system regulation, chronic pain recovery, pelvic health, neuropathy support, and functional restoration through a whole-body occupational therapy approach.
We do not believe in simply masking symptoms.
We focus on helping your body regulate, recover, and function better in daily life.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Grace Docz
I came to Aurora Recovery Occupational Therapy for help with pelvic floor issues, constant stress, and trouble sleeping, and I can honestly say the experience was life-changing. From the first visit, I felt heard, respected, and understood. The therapist took time to explain everything in a way that made sense and created a plan that addressed my body as a whole, not just one problem. I noticed improvements in my bladder control, felt more relaxed, and started sleeping better within a short time. The environment feels calm and safe, and every session felt intentional and supportive. If you’re struggling with pelvic health, stress, or sleep, this is a place where real healing happens.

Easther Adegbola
I went to Aurora because I was dealing with ongoing pelvic floor pain that was starting to affect my daily life. I decided to try hydrogen therapy along with the treatment, and I’m really glad I did. After a few sessions, I noticed my body felt more relaxed and the constant tension and aching started to calm down. Dr. Yemi is very kind, patient, and takes time to listen. She made me feel comfortable and understood from the first visit. The space is peaceful and you can tell they truly care about helping you heal. I finally feel like I’m on the right path and not dealing with this alone anymore.

Lindsay Phillips
A much needed and timely clinic. Aurora Recovery OT offers a holistic, whole person approach that focuses on addressing root causes, not just symptoms. The care feels thoughtful and innovative and aligned with what so many people are seeking right now, true sustainable healing. Grateful to see a space like this in our community.

Lynn Picos
I've been suffering from bronchitis and after my second session in the salt room I was able to breathe better less coughing and I had so much more energy! I was skeptical but now I'm a believer.

Seun Adewole
Aurora Therapy’s halotherapy treatment has been a genuine life-changer for me. I used to suffer from chronic chest congestion that made intense cardio nearly impossible. Since starting my sessions, my breathing has improved significantly. I’ve gone from being unable to run to completing 5-mile runs and heavy cardio without any respiratory issues. I can’t recommend them enough!"
